It is well known fact that the cash received from the clients and market is always a mixed bag and needs to be sorted and processed before it can be put back into use by the Bank. This work is not only monotonous and boring but is extremely labor intensive. It is our experience that most of the Bank staff are averse to get involved in this job and when they are forced to do it, always end up giving low productivity.

In the present environment Banks can ill afford to deploy the skilled and expensive labor on this mundane and labor-intensive task. However, without this no cash can be put back in circulation.

Appreciating this need of our esteemed clients, CSL started offering Cash Processing & Sorting Services. The task is primarily carried out on the cash received from clients and bank during the routine CSL business as well as on special assignments basis.

Inter alia the service covers following facets:

• Cash Receipt and accounting 
• Sorting cash into re-issuable and non-issuable notes
• Further sorting of cash into ATM fit and unfit notes
• Cash stitching and bundling and packaging as per bank instructions
• Logistic of cash disposal as per the quality and instructions
• Accounting and reporting to Bank

Within the CSL premises, special sterilized and secured areas are used for carrying out the above operations. Skilled and screened work force is used under close supervision for the task.

In addition to the manual method, CSL staff uses automated machines and systems for the entire cycle of operations.
